There's an old saying in management: "Don't send your ducks to eagle school." There are a lot of ducks in the world, and very few eagles. Eagles can handle a variety of tasks and/or problems, and go out of their way to be helpful. Eagles make customers feel special, and keep them coming back. No problem is too great—they love the challenge.

The Minot Area Chamber EDC feels the eagles of the world should be applauded!

Criteria for nominations:

Cannot be an employee in same firm
Need to list a specific circumstance for nominating an individual
Nomination needs to be an individual, not a business or a team
Take into consideration first impression, attitude, excelled above and beyond expectations
Please limit nominations to one per month
