Trinity Health
A member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, Trinity Health is a nonprofit, integrated healthcare system accredited by the Joint Commission. With a tertiary care hospital in Minot, ten rural health facilities and a long-term care center, Trinity provides a full complement of healthcare services to communities across North Dakota and Eastern Montana.
The main hospital campus, Trinity Hospital, is a Level II trauma center, with cardiac, neuro, and other specialty surgical services offered around the clock. Robotic surgery is utilized for urologic, gynecologic, and general surgery procedures. A spacious CancerCare Center features the latest advancements in radiation and medical oncology.
Trinity Health has been recognized by the American Heart Association for exceptional stroke care, and maternity care and hip & knee replacement services have achieved designation as a “Blue Distinction Center” by Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota.
Comprehensive in- and outpatient behavioral health services are provided on two separate campuses. Diagnostic and interventional radiology offer comprehensive imaging techniques, including 3T MRI, cardiac CT and PET/CT. Trinity Health’s Laboratory is a reference lab, performing over 2 million tests annually.
Trinity Health offers a full continuum of services – from primary care to specialties – for patients of all ages. They provide state-of-the-art care, including minimally invasive diagnostic and surgical procedures. In addition, their fully integrated electronic medical record connects all of their services to ensure care is seamless and thorough.
In 2023, a new medical facility opened, featuring 147 private patient rooms and a design based on a delivery model emphasizing outpatient and ambulatory care while focusing on a collaborative continuum of care. Read more about the facility here:

CHI St. Alexius Health
Since 1885, St. Alexius has been dedicated to serving the residents of central and western North Dakota, northern South Dakota and eastern Montana. CHI St. Alexius Medical Plaza in Minot is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility featuring 37 primary care and 9 specialty care exam rooms. Minot’s facility provides imaging, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and laboratory services. Specialists from CHI St. Alexius in Bismarck, travel to CHI St. Alexius Medical Plaza in Minot on a regular basis to perform the following specialty services:

Sanford Health
Sanford Health is an integrated health system headquartered in the Dakotas. It is one of the largest health systems in the nation with 43 hospitals and nearly 250 clinics in nine states and three countries. Sanford Health’s 27,000 employees, including 1,400 physicians, make it the largest employer in the Dakotas. Nearly $1 billion in gifts from philanthropist Denny Sanford have allowed for several initiatives, including global children's clinics, genomic medicine and specialized centers researching cures for type 1 diabetes, breast cancer and other diseases. Sanford Health Minot Clinics includes Highway 2 Clinic, Northwest Clinic and Occupational Medicine.
UND Center for Family Medicine
UND Center for Family Medicine is affiliated with Trinity Health and is administered by the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. The Center for Family Medicine Program in Minot was the first residency program in North Dakota. The Center for Family Medicine consists of six family physicians, one psychologist, and over 100 additional faculty staff. This residency cares for patients in clinic, hospital, nursing home, assisted living, and home environments. The Center for Family Medicine Clinic provides maternity care, endoscopy, colonoscopy, colposcopy, vasectomy, and full range of office-based procedures.
