Baseball/Softball

Corbett Field - Corbett Field has undergone a handful of upgrades including new seating as well as a turf field installed in November of 2017. The field is home to many local teams including the Minot Vistas, Metros, Minot High School as well as the Bishop Ryan Lions. The field is also home to the Souris Valley Sabre Dogs. In the 2018 season, Corbett Field won Ballpark Digests' Best of the Ballpark competition to put Minot on the map

Souris Valley Sabre Dogs - A wood bat summer collegiate baseball team who aims to provide professional development to college players and provide a minor league fan experience.

Arts in the Parks and the City

Enjoy free concerts beginning in June every Thursday (7:00 pm), Sunday (4 & 7 pm), and select Tuesdays running through early August at Roosevelt, Oak, and Scandinavian Heritage Parks and downtown on Thursdays.  Each concert includes a performance and a visual arts display and demonstration.

The Minotauros (Tauros) are a member of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) team in Minot that started in 2011 at the Maysa Arena. The club keeps fans on the edge of their seats each game.

Nodak Speedway This quarter-mile oval track features auto racing and the Dakota Flat Track features drag racing for fans of all ages.

Recreation
Air Supported Dome – Minot State University -  The cold weather won’t stop Minot State University athletes from practicing during the winter months. Whether it’s soccer or baseball, the University provides an air supported dome that can be used by the public for walking, running, and golfing practice. It can also be rented and has batting cages for a charge. Located to the west of the MSU Dome on the football field. Available in January.

Roosevelt Park Zoo – Established in 1921, Roosevelt Park Zoo is a popular family destination in Minot. There are over 200 species including lions, tigers, warthogs, and penguins plus a large North American exhibit including grey wolves, musk ox, and playful river otters. Open daily from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. May through September. Open 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Saturday, October through April.

YMCA – A family-oriented, year-round sports facility.

Walking
Riverwalk is a scenic 2.5 mile path that connects downtown Minot to Minot’s historic residential district. This is one of nine different walking and biking trails totaling 25 miles throughout the city.
