The Minot Area Chamber EDC is pleased to announce that Junior Achievement (JA) of Minot has received a $3,000 grant from the Minot Community Endowment Fund (MCEF), helping continue hands-on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career-readiness education for local students.
For nearly three decades, Junior Achievement has helped bring practical, real-world lessons into Minot-area classrooms. The program began locally in 1997 serving 25 classrooms and has since grown into an established initiative, reaching around 100 classrooms and hundreds of students each year.
“The Minot Community Endowment Fund has been a longtime supporter of Junior Achievement, and we couldn’t be more grateful,” said Brekka Kramer, President | CEO of the Minot Area Chamber EDC. “Their investment allows us to continue providing valuable learning experiences for local students that build confidence and inspire the next generation of leaders in our community. We’re deeply grateful for MCEF’s partnership.”
The Minot Community Endowment Fund is a permanent, component fund of the North Dakota Community Foundation (NDCF).
