MACEDC President | CEO Brekka Kramer and members of the MACEDC Board of Directors represented the organization at the North Dakota Governors’ Cup in Medora on July 27 and 28. The event provided an opportunity to engage with business leaders and elected officials from across the state while advancing conversations around North Dakota’s workforce needs.

The 2026 event raised $200,000 for the ND Career Builders Scholarship & Loan Repayment Program, which provides loan repayment assistance to qualified workers seeking employment in in- demand occupations within North Dakota. Supporting the program closely aligns with MACEDC’s workforce development pillar and its commitment to building a strong, sustainable talent pipeline for the region and the state.
