“ReAnna showed the best care and professionalism to me as a pregnant woman. She was kind, thoughtful, and extremely attentive to my anxieties going into my anatomy scan. ReAnna has outstanding bedside manner and is wonderful at her job. My husband and I could tell she is very passionate about doing a great job and caring for the patient she is with. I left my appointment hoping every potential follow up scan was with ReAnna.”

Heidi’s nominator was experiencing some pretty scary symptoms and decided to go to the walk-in clinic to get them checked out. They were grateful to have Heidi’s kindness and understanding throughout the appointment as she “listened thoroughly” and carefully considered their situation. Due to the severity of her patient, Heidi recommended they visit the ER where they were ultimately diagnosed with postpartum heart failure and admitted to the hospital for a few days. “To my surprise, Heidi showed up in my hospital room the next day to check up on me and make sure I was doing alright and sat there and just let me talk to her and vent. Through such a scary and uncertain time, I was so thankful for her and her thoughtfulness. Thank you so much Heidi, your simple actions meant so much to me.”

"My elderly father hadn’t been feeling well, and I finally got him to agree to go to the walk-in clinic. As we were walking in, Angie happened to see us on her way out and could visibly see my father was struggling to get into the door. She volunteered to stay with him while I got him checked in and then she proceeded to make sure he got taken care of right away. She ordered all the correct tests, and he was diagnosed with pneumonia. I thanked her and figured we wouldn’t be able to get any prescriptions that night, but she said she sent it to KeyCare Pharmacy already. She told me to run ahead, and she would bring my father. I made it to KeyCare before they closed and then she brought him to me in a wheelchair to pick up the prescription. My father is 90 years old and her kindness and promptness to get him taken care of does not go unnoticed. Our first care team is lucky to have a provider like Angie Heintz! I did not catch their names, but kudos to the pharmacy staff at KeyCare Pharmacy that helped me get my father into the car after getting his prescription since he was so weak.”

She makes you feel like you matter and never rushes you, if you have questions, she always makes sure to answer them and not dismiss them. In this day and age her compassion and care level are a wonderful quality that you do not always experience anymore.”

“Edgewood Assisted Living does everything we can to keep residents safe and comfortable, especially toward end of life. One of our Memory Care residents was nearing end of life and family opted for Hospice. Because of the quick decline, timing was essential. Within an hour of contacting Kristi at Hospice of the Red River Valley, she was with the resident and family, along with Peggy, RN, to admit the resident to Hospice. That same day, they had a hospital bed delivered along with other necessary medical equipment. The care, compassion, and urgency to provide care from Hospice was a huge piece to being sure the resident passed peacefully and comfortably.”

His personable nature, creativity, and willingness to customize the customer’s experience goes far beyond anything I’ve ever seen. "Vanessa has always been warm and welcoming during my visits to the Minot UPS Store. This morning, she went above and beyond in assisting me with packaging various items for shipment. Vanessa helped to roll a ‘life size’ poster into a compact form, securely attach a written letter, and carefully place the poster back into its protective sleeve, despite its challenging design, before ensuring it was properly placed in the shipping parcel. Her willingness to assist and her genuine enthusiasm in helping me complete this task did not go unnoticed. I am incredibly grateful for her support, and Minot is fortunate to have such a dedicated and exceptional individual. Thank you, Vanessa, for all that you do!”

There are many instances that Tiffany’s nominator was impressed by, because she consistently goes above and beyond in her work as she helps those in need at the Milton Young Tower. “One example being she often shops for a resident. Transporting cupcakes can be difficult, and Ally’s nominator found themselves in a tough situation when they were searching for the right kind of box that the desserts could travel in. Unable to find what they were looking for at other stores, they called Marketplace Foods to see if they might be able to help and spoke with Ally. They were impressed by Ally’s service and attitude while on the phone and were relieved to find out that they could purchase the necessary boxes. Upon pick-up, Ally was helpful and kind, which “melted the frustration” of her nominator’s overall search.

Annabelle’s nominator traveled into Minot from out of town to make an exchange and purchase another item at Tractor Supply. Upon reaching the check-out counter, they discovered that they had forgotten their wallet at home and would be unable to go all the way back to retrieve it. “Annabelle offered to pay for my purchase and have me pay her back a different way, saving us a trip or having to come in another day. She was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful!”

A wedding can be extremely exciting, though there can also be a ton of stress associated with the big day. Though her nominator said there were many examples of Andrea exemplifying an outstanding employee, they were especially impressed by her communication skills. When their children are gone or need to be picked up early, she keeps in contact with the parents and “definitely makes it easy being a parent with two kids in an elementary school,” and always has a “kind and sweet” attitude. Awesome work, Andrea!

When there was a water break in a Minot neighborhood, the City of Minot Water Crew was quick to respond. Their nominator was incredibly grateful that the crew was able to get the water shut off before it reached their house and raved that they took care of the problem with professionalism while keeping the neighborhood informed on the status of their water. They commented that the crew was working in “nasty conditions” but didn’t complain once and were impressed by how clean they left the site. Awesome teamwork, everyone!

Marsha’s nominator was impressed by her customer service and pleasant attitude. They were especially complimentary of her intelligence and sincerity and could tell that she was knowledgeable about her work. “Marsha also did several online things for me, as I don’t have access to the internet. I do believe Marsha would do anything to help anybody out in life!”

“We celebrated World Down Syndrome Day at The Station, and Ginny was the person who made this 1st time event work for all of us involved! She is the definition of an Eagle because with every out of the ordinary request that we made of her, she just smiled and said ‘absolutely’ and then got that task done quickly, and with a smile. I even threw a couple of outlandish ideas at her, just to see if she’d say, ‘no that’s crazy,’ but she tackled those with ease, while simultaneously managing her team and a coffee shop full of caffeine-hungry customers on a Friday morning. In a world with an abundance of ‘ducks,’ Ginny is definitely an ‘Eagle!’”
