Hope’s nominator raved about how she goes above and beyond in everything from her smiling face and kind attitude to her abilities to help customers. Each time they’ve been in to AgCountry Farm Credit Services, Hope has been there to help and makes it clear that she loves her job. “There are so many things Hope has done for us over the last year that have helped our operation that it’s hard to say just one instance. Her attitude, helpfulness, and enthusiasm are all super!”
Hope’s nominator raved about how she goes above and beyond in everything from her smiling face and kind attitude to her abilities to help customers. Each time they’ve been in to AgCountry Farm Credit Services, Hope has been there to help and makes it clear that she loves her job. “There are so many things Hope has done for us over the last year that have helped our operation that it’s hard to say just one instance. Communication, customer service, and positive vibes impressed Roni’s nominator when they stopped in to fill their gas tank and get their vehicle cleaned but found that the Arco team was about to close for the day. Despite it being the end of the shift, Roni still requested they go through the car wash, which experienced an issue after the soap cycle. Roni was on the case, and issued another wash, personally standing by to make sure everything worked as it was supposed to. “She easily could have said ‘sorry we are closing up we can issue a car wash but you won’t be able to use it tonight,’ which would have been completely understandable, and after the car wash malfunctioned she could have easily said she didn’t know what was wrong and left it at that.” Awesome job, Roni!

When shopping for a new winter coat, the wife of Zach’s nominator found one that would be perfect- if only it was in the correct size and color. Initially, they were able to locate the coat, but found they weren’t sure about paying the additional shipping costs to have it sent from a different store. A few days later, they returned to see if there were any new shipments and spoke with Zach who was on the case! In a matter of minutes, Zach was able to find the requested item and place an order for the coat without incurring extra shipping costs. Awesome work going above and beyond, Zach!

“Brooke is our son’s Para at Longfellow School. She greets us every day with the biggest and warmest smile. She is amazing at working with our autistic son- even when he can get aggressive, she has the patience for him. He is learning so much. She has truly been a blessing in our lives.”

Bryce was able to save his nominator thousands of dollars and a lot of stress when their heat went out. Before calling Beck, they had another company check out their issue who suggested replacing the entire furnace. Wanting to get a second opinion, they contacted Beck Heating and Air. Bryce was diligent in researching a fix for the issue, and after speaking with the manufacturer of the furnace, found out that it was a problem with the chimney that he could solve. “He got it fixed up and we had heat instantly. We are so thankful for Bryce helping us and saving us a lot of money. He also has amazing customer service!”

Cassy always has a warm welcome, a can-do attitude, a personalized approach to service, and always looks for ways to go above and beyond her ‘job description.’”

Brian was determined to solve the problem, even staying until 9PM one night and being back at 8AM the next morning in an effort to get the heat working. “He always explained what he was doing and why. When he went for a part he told us where he was going and what he was going to try next. We appreciated his willingness to stick with us to find out the problem and keeping us informed all of the time that he was here.”

Paige’s nominator explained that since their child has a lot of appointments, they’re often in the school office and have gotten to know Paige a lot over the last couple of years. They expressed their appreciation for how Paige has great multitasking skills and is always kind to the students while expressing a great attitude toward the parents as well. “It’s the type of behavior I would want my girls around and I deeply appreciate it.”

“Officer Hugg always shows great compassion and genuine concern for people in our community who are struggling with mental health or substance use issues. As a mental health professional who at times has responded to crisis calls with Officer Hugg, I have witnessed this firsthand and observed the positive impact he has on the person experiencing a crisis. He responds calmly and with kindness, not judgement and at times has gone above and beyond his role as a police officer to help a person in need.”

“Teri was my grandma's nurse during her recent hospitalization in the progressive care unit at Trinity Hospital. She went above and beyond to care for her. She ensured that appropriate treatments were provided in a timely fashion. She took time to listen to concerns and address them as they arose, all with a smile. Not only did she take her time to visit with my grandma and other family members, but once my grandma transitioned over to rehab, she called her to check in on her, which meant a lot to my grandma. Teri's hard work made my grandma feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, which eased the stress on her and her family. Teri's efforts do not go unappreciated.”

“I had a small surgery scheduled - no big deal. Steve was my nurse. He came in and introduced himself and was so friendly right from the start. We chatted and laughed like we were old friends. He made sure I had everything I needed/wanted to be comfortable before and after surgery. I know that's the duties of a nurse, but you could tell he really enjoyed his job and working with the patients he helped. I think he must have gone to lunch or something while I was waiting for my surgery because the floor was quiet. When he came back the floor with the nurses was livelier and he just seemed to put everyone in a good mood. I could even hear other patients in other rooms laughing with him. Everyone I came in contact with that day was great, but Steve was exceptional in everything he did and made a surgery day a little more fun!”

I messaged Paul one evening on a long shot to see if they could possibly come to my home and do my mom’s nails and he responded and asked me to give him a call .We chatted that evening and though they have not been able to offer this service, he was willing to make an exception for us! On Dec 12, 2024, Mindy came to my home and gave my mom a mani/pedi! It was a very good day for my mom and they both went above and beyond to provide this wonderful service. Unfortunately, my mom passed unexpectedly 10 days later. I am forever grateful for Paul and Mindy’s kindness always!”

During a recent hospitalization, Kayla cared for her nominator’s grandmother by offering diligent bedside manner and a great attitude, all while being an advocate for her patient’s health and wishes when they were unable to speak for themself. “She told our family, ‘I will fight for her like she is my own.’ This eased the family members as they felt comfortable leaving at night, knowing that Kayla was her nurse. Her efforts do not go unnoticed, and we greatly appreciate it. We want to thank her for taking such great care of my grandma during her ICU stay.”
During a recent hospitalization, Kayla cared for her nominator’s grandmother by offering diligent bedside manner and a great attitude, all while being an advocate for her patient’s health and wishes when they were unable to speak for themself. “She told our family, ‘I will fight for her like she is my own.’ This eased the family members as they felt comfortable leaving at night, knowing that Kayla was her nurse. As someone who works in the public eye, Dr. Meland’s nominator was concerned about their smile after a tooth chipped. From the very first call, they were confident and comfortable in their choice to see Dr. Meland and the staff at Modern Dental. Not only were they impressed that his staff made a point to get them in almost immediately, but the Modern Dental team also went above and beyond by offering the opportunity to come in early for the appointment. They raved that Dr. Meland ensured the “utmost care” while explaining every detail about the procedure, and treated them with kindness and attention. “I honor Dr. Christan Meland and staff for their care and treatment of my new smile. They are highly recommended on my list.”
As someone who works in the public eye, Dr. Meland’s nominator was concerned about their smile after a tooth chipped.
