When it came to needing automotive repairs, Chloe’s nominator was incredibly thankful to have Chloe’s assistance! She was diligent with checking over their documents and ultimately was able to save them over $2500 with a service contract that they’d forgotten about adding on when initially purchasing the vehicle. “I felt like I’d won the lottery! Her customer service is quick and professional. Ryan Honda is so lucky to have her.”

Andy’s nominator had an appointment with their future son-in-law for a golf club fitting and was absolutely blown away by Andy’s service, especially how he took his time and was extremely thorough, throughout the entire process. “We had a t-time to play after the fitting and Andy was over the top nice and allowed my future son-in-law to use his own personal golf clubs as they were close to his fitted specs! Crazy good service, a true professional, we’re lucky to have Andy at Beowulf!”

With both parents living at Edgewood Senior Living, Sina’s nominator is there every single day for their evening meal and consistently appreciates her positive attitude and work ethic. “If Sina ever does have a bad day, she leaves it at the door. I often see her whistling or humming, creating such a positive atmosphere for the residents. She’s always stopping to tell everyone to have a good evening on her way back to the kitchen after serving.” Great job, Sina!

“When my dad was struggling with juggling all of my mom’s medications, Ashlee mentioned and suggested a couple options as I was at a loss as to how to make it easier for my elderly parents. She got them set up on ready refill and suggested the prepackaged daily med packs. Even through several med changes, she worked diligently on it and things are so much easier now with my mom’s meds. She stepped in and helped out in a most important way, and I will always be so thankful for her!”

Sierra’s nominator had a kindergartener that was excited for school to start and eager to learn, while also understandably being terrified of so many new changes and experiences. They were grateful that Sierra was their child’s teacher, expressing how great she is at her job and that “Ms. Erdman ended up becoming one of their child’s favorite people over the school year. We are very sad we can’t have her two years in a row.” Awesome job giving these students such a great start, Sierra!

"I had just found out about the passing of a good friend and stopped in to clear my mind. Nikki welcomed me with a smile and took time to ask how my day was. In those moments it’s the simple things that mattered and her kindness was a great help that day.”
While in the process of a renovation project for their company, Randy’s nominator was blown away by his overall service and hard work. Not to mention Randy’s customer service that he showed to both the company he was working with and the residents of the building being renovated. “More people like him are needed in the workforce!”

"My father-in-law decided he needed to go into hospice care, before that time his nurse Shirlene was his favorite. She was so kind, and her voice was soothing- even when he could barely speak if he heard her, he would try to respond. She went above and beyond with a beautiful written card that I read to him several times a day and a soft stuffed dog, which he held or had beside him since the day she gave it to him. While watching a loved one go through hospice is very hard, Shirlene calmed most of our fears. I can see why my father-in-law was so fond of her. She did everything possible to make this process the least painful. She truly is a wonderful human being.”
As a long-time patient of Monica’s, her nominator raved about how great a provider she is and how dedicated she is to her profession and patients by helping as many people as possible. “She devotes so much time and energy into what she does by seeing patients from all over and working with their specific schedules.” They explained how Monica is helping with their TMJ pain, and how she’s always able to fit them into her schedule at a time convenient for them. “She has given me hope that this is something that I won’t have to live with forever. The world needs more Monicas!”

While working on a building project, Charles’s nominator had some lumber delivered to their home. Charles and his coworker “did a great job stacking and sorting the boards and other materials.” Not only were Charles and his coworker diligent when dropping off the lumber, but they returned later to pick up the unused boards, working hard with a smile on their face and friendly attitude while offering “top notch” service. “Great job, Charles, you are an excellent employee and an asset to Muus Lumber.”

"Ms. Nord went above and beyond this school year. Her communication with parents regarding the kids is outstanding and the compassion and care she gives her students is unmatched. She always included the parents and never let us miss a moment even if we couldn’t be at the school event. My son already misses her and states no one will be able to take her place.”
It was the day before a holiday weekend and Jessica’s nominator was in a bind – their daughter fell asleep on top of her glasses and broke the frames. With a follow-up appointment for new glasses weeks away, Jessica’s nominator stopped by Johnson Eyecare hoping to see if there might be some sort of fix for their child, and Jessica was on the case. She searched through the frames in-house to see if any would fit the already existing lenses and quickly found a set of frames that would work, sending her nominator back home within minutes. “Kristy is an amazing employee and is the absolute role model of what true customer kindness is. She went above and beyond to ensure my daughter could have glasses to use. Truly amazing people you have at Johnson Eyecare. Thank you so very much for being amazing.”

Chelsey’s nominator raved about her service during a recent event they hosted at The Depot and Baggage Claim. From the moment they entered the restaurant, she greeted them with a warm smile and friendly welcome, then proceeded to offer top-notch service for the rest of the night. Another couple from the event remarked that she was an incredible server from the beginning to end and that she “went above and beyond during the whole meal. We spread the word to go down and check out the amazing food and even better service. Thank you so much Chelsey, keep it up!”

Jairo made an incredible impression on his nominator when he was the server for their family at Bones’s BBQ Smokehouse & Grill. Even though their children ordered off the kid’s menu, one of them asked their parents if they could have one of the ribs from their plate. Jairo proceeded to bring the kids a platter of their own to try, free of charge. Not only that, but he was “an exceptional server through kindness, humor, and generosity,” while also being funny and outgoing throughout the experience. A few days later, Jairo’s nominator returned to Bone’s with their spouse and let him know about the impression he made on their child, and Jairo included a special rib meal to-go for their child to commemorate the occasion. He went above and beyond his typical server duties and made the experience memorable for the entire family.

"Coach has done so much for the team and for the community in the time that I’ve known her. She has always held multiple roles at each of her jobs and still found time to spend with us. Coach has always taught us to work hard and be respectful and kind to others. There was never a time I felt I couldn’t contact her and she wouldn’t make herself available for me or anyone on the team. She has not only shown and taught me so much as a cheerleader, but as an adult too. As many of us grow and graduate each year we know we can still keep in touch with her because we know that Coach will always answer our calls and be there to support us no matter how long we’ve been gone. Coach handles anything thrown at her with grace and is always willing to help others, asking nothing in return. During a recent trip she didn't tell us how to act, she showed us. She showed us that when you see something wrong you should say something. That you should stand up for others even when they can’t stick up for themselves. She taught us that we can express ourselves in a calm respectful manner even if others are not being respectful to you or to others that you are sticking up for and always puts everyone's needs above her own.”
It was a hot Saturday and Matthew’s nominator was in a bind - they had a customer that needed their plumbing fixed but were unable to find the necessary part at other locations due to it being weekend hours. Matthew went out of his way on the weekend, after business hours, to run over to his shop and set out the necessary part so that his nominator could swing by and pick it up. Awesome work helping out, Matthew!

A visit to the Emergency Room isn’t one that anyone wants to be faced with, but Austin’s nominator was grateful that he made them feel comfortable and attended to, despite the stressful situation. “He checked on me often, made jokes to ease the anxiety, and provided professional care. I was considered a low level emergency, but he never made me feel guilty for coming in. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and I truly appreciate everything he did during my stay.”
